About

Hi, I’m Chris. I’m a post-baccalaureate researcher working on biophysics and reservoir computing under Professor Sarah Marzen at the Claremont Colleges.

I graduated from Pomona College in May ‘25 with a double major in Physics and Mathematics, and I’m now hoping to steer my research to lie at the intersection of neuroscience, physics/math, and artificial intelligence. Recently, I’ve taken an interest in mechanistic interpretability, since I operate with the belief that understanding the inner workings of models will give more versatility in customizing more efficient, safe, and robust programs.

A habit I’d like to form is to build things and write about them in the Projects section.
